No, the consultation fee is non-refundable. It covers the time and expertise of our travel advisor regardless of the outcome.

Where is the consultation held?+
You choose when booking: online via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, or in person at our office 32 Otsokrikri St, Adabraka - Adjacent Hearts of Oak Secretariat, Accra. For online sessions we send the meeting link after payment confirmation; for in-person sessions please arrive 10 minutes early.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes, you can reschedule by calling us at +233302250764 at least 24 hours before your appointment. The fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a new date.
Do I need to have any documents ready?+
If your consultation is about visa applications, please have your passport, any previous visa stamps, and relevant supporting documents ready for screen sharing.
